About

Mission Statement:  To educate, inform and inspire therapists, caregivers and cancer survivors about therapies that are safe and the importance of proper training so that we may improve the quality of life of cancer survivors without causing harm.

This touching cancer blog is about my journey into the world of Oncology Esthetics.  It’s a relatively new field and up until recently we were trained not to touch people with cancer for fear of causing harm.  This is no longer true and with the correct knowledge and expertise cancer patients can greatly benefit from caring/healing touch.  My goal is to learn and  then inform others about this wonderful new field of esthetics.

As I am reading, training and learning I will share websites, information and tips that I think may be of interest.  It is my intent to provide anyone who suffers with cancer or is in recovery with as many tools as I can to help them and their families.
